Low reliability, poor access of service for the Czech Republic. I used to be satisfied with Maru, but last time I had a hard time to find a person to even call. Imagine you buy a quite expensive crane and have to travel 600km for authorized service. The idea of AHK36 is brilliant, but the life with constant errors is pain

We have had the Böcker AK 46/6000 in our company for almost two months now. So far we are more than satisfied with the device and the promised services! I can only recommend this device! I don't recommend it. I bought a Bocker Simply from France and I haven't been able to register it in Italy for 6 months because there is no certificate of conformity to be left by the manufacturing company. I have sent several emails with the documents I have, including the invoice, and have not received a response. I called and they told me that the problem could be solved and I had been waiting for it for a month. No services, no communication, dubious. I don't recommend it because if you need any services after purchase, no one will answer you.
